T2 / T3 Documentation
Authority-specific official documentation and covering notification. Exact requirements will be sourced per authority.
Road Closure / Detour
Closure window, diversion route, local access, maps and Council reference.
Updated TMP / Revision
Notifies recipients that a revised plan supersedes the previous attachment and records both versions.
Company Admin can change the default works-warning/message. Protected sender details and RoadNotify branding cannot be changed here.

Keep setup simple. Microsoft 365 connects directly. For hosted email, create one secure setup link and send it to the company's IT provider — users do not need to understand DNS, cPanel, SPF or DKIM.

Secure one-click connection using Microsoft's own sign-in page. RoadNotify never receives the Microsoft mailbox password.
Google Workspace
Will use the same simple OAuth model as Microsoft — secure sign-in without sharing a mailbox password.
Other / Hosted Email
For HostingIreland, cPanel and IT-managed domains. RoadNotify prepares the technical setup; you send one secure link to the IT provider.
Reply monitoring
Future mailbox sync will match authority replies to Job references.
